The agreement that covers your use of Bearlo. Last updated July 13, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Bearlo ("we," "us"). By using bearlo.ai, running a Digital Storefront Scan, or buying a product, you accept them. If you are using Bearlo for a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for that business.
Bearlo provides a free Digital Storefront Scan scored against the Bearlo Ten, with your highest-priority fix tutorial included at no cost, and $5 per-item unlocks: digital step-by-step tutorials delivered immediately on purchase. Prices are in USD and are shown at checkout; we may change pricing for future purchases at any time.
You may only submit a business you own or are authorized to represent. Scans draw on the information you provide and on publicly visible sources, so results reflect what those sources show at the time. Fair-use limits apply to how often you can run scans.
Payments are processed by Stripe as one-time card charges. There is no subscription and nothing recurring to cancel.
If an unlocked tutorial wasn't useful to you, email hello@bearlo.ai within 30 days and we'll refund it.
Unlocked tutorials are digital and appear on your results page immediately on purchase. Your results page and unlocks stay available to you at the link we send.
You agree not to misuse the service: no submitting businesses or personal information you have no right to share, no attempting to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, no reselling scan output as your own product, and no using Bearlo deliverables to make claims that violate advertising rules for your industry.
You keep all rights to your business information and grant us permission to use it to provide the service. The Bearlo site, scan methodology, scoring system, tutorial content, and brand remain ours; unlocked tutorials are licensed to you for use in your own business, not for resale.
Bearlo provides directional marketing guidance. We do not guarantee search rankings, customer volume, revenue, or any other outcome. See the disclaimer page, it is part of these terms.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Bearlo in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or refuse service for misuse of these terms. You can stop using Bearlo at any time; paid deliverables remain yours.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date above always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
